Team Building: There IS An "I" In Team (Facilitation)
You've heard the expression, "There is no "I" in team", but in fact that's a bit misleading. One of the major blockages to effective teamwork comes from team members focusing on what everyone else is doing, rather than THERE OWN contributions.
Our facilitated process (one-half day) is designed to increase awareness of personal responsibility as the basic building block for teamwork.
During the session team members will identify how they currently contribute, how they can improve their contributions, and develop the "ME" focus of personal responsibility.
The session ends with each team member creating an action plan that focuses on themselves as better teammates, and sharing that plan with others.
To discuss how we can help with your team building using our unique personal responsibility approach, call us at (613) 764-02412 or email at: ceo@work911.com.
If you'd like an idea of our approach, you might want to get a copy (or copies) of, Contributing To Your Own Team's Health LearnBytes. Even if you don't want US to facilitate a session, you can purchase multiple copies for team members and run your own session around the content.
