The Leadership Habit Video
This is a fifteen minute video that focuses on the importance of developing effective habits which will result in improved leadership behavior, and successful leadership.
The video consists of a "talking head", so it's not got any of the flash bang action of more action oriented videos, so it may appear dull to some. Given it's only 15 minutes it shouldn't be a problem if you're interested in the topic.
It begins with an explanation of habits in general, then moves to a discussion of leadership habits, using concrete examples from schools, sales, etc.
It then presents a few ideas on how users can think about how their beliefs, let's say about employees, affects how they develop effective leadership habits, and suggests leaders can consciously think about these things to improve as leaders.
