In March 2002, we launched our partnering and resellers (often called an affiliate) program. We prefer the term reseller program since it reflects our desire to develop long-term beneficial relationships with other similar websites that relate to workplace issues and work success.

How Does It Work?

Over the last decade we have developed a number book and helpcards on various work related topics. Our current products are displayed to the left of this. More recently we converted these print products to digital ones so they can be purchased and delivered online. A resellers or affiliate program such as this rewards you for any sales you produce by referring people from your website, or ezine. In this case (as a minimum) you will earn 12% (current commission is now 25%) of the price paid by the purchaser for ANY products bought by a person you referred to our site. And, if they return within the next thirty days after their first visit and make additional purchases, you earn the 12% (currently 25%) on those purchases.

You can also recruit other resellers and make a percentage of their sales (two tiers)

You can receive credit for print products and books, digital versions, OR site licenses to reproduce this material.

How Do You Refer People And Contribute To Sales?

We are creating a number of banners of various sizes and text links you can use on your website to advertise our products. Or, you may create your own links and text provided they are not deceptive and do not change the actual linking code (that's to make sure you get credit).

Once you've signed up, you can choose which banners and text links would work best for your enterprise.

Is This Reputable?

Yes. We use a third party to run this program, and to ensure that you receive credit for sales and earnings. To allay any concerns you may have, you don't have to provide personal information to join, or provide a credit card. All you have to do is have a website and sign up. It takes about 5 minutes. There's no risk. You can choose to stop participating any time, since there's no ongoing obligation.

We're hoping to attract website owners who wouldn't ordinarily take part in "affiliate" marketing. The affiliate landscape is littered with absolutely horrible programs selling poor products. THIS program is for real businesses.

You'll have to decide but we believe that this will be profitable for you if your site caters to people interested in workplace issues - employees, consultants, trainers, managers, executives, human resource personnel. That's not to say you MUST have such a site, but we think that will work best.
