The Big Picture - Strategic Planning

This is, in effect a 3 hour workshop on the big picture and strategic planning. It's obviously recorded from a live group, and addresses some of the practical issue of developing and implementing a strategic plan. Lots of practical tips, and it's fairly entertaining.

It's not the  most densely packed (in terms of information) video but that can be a good thing. You'll need to decide if it is worth the almost 3 hour investment (my guess it will be), but you can fast forward as you go if it's not addressing aspects of strategic and business planning that you need.
