What Other Planning Models Exist, Similar To The PEST Method?
While the PEST model and the SWOT model are the most well known of the planning models, there are variations of these models that you might find a little more valuable.
The key with choosing a strategic planning model is that there has to be a fit between it and your goals and purposes, and whoever is undertaking the planning must understand thoroughly, the model used.
