Bacal Articles Free to Distribute For Government of Ontario Departments
In the articles section you will find about 60 articles on all aspects of the workplace, ranging from performance management, conflict management, customer service through to quality and management articles. Most have been written specifically for the Canadian government context, which makes them rather unique. Normally we charge for large scale reprinting or publishing. Until March 31, 2000, you may print as many copies of any of the articles to use with your colleagues and staff, or to use in your newsletter or internal publication.

Seminar Discounts For Ontario Government Departments
We are best known for our Defusing Hostile Customers seminar, designed specifically for government staff. The purpose is to train staff to deal with difficult and abusive clients so they can be safer, save time, reduce stress and increase productivity while offering better service to users of government services. If you hire us to deliver this seminar to your staff, we will offer you a 15% discount on our seminar fees. This can result in a savings of several hundred dollars per session. Some conditions apply. You must complete contracting for the seminars by March 31, 2000 and delivery must occur during 2000. This discount is availabe exclusively to Government of Ontario seminar delivery.
