In one sense leadership is the same for both men and women, but in a lot of respects the challenges of leadership differ slightly for men and women. Genders are not treated the same, and men and women may bring different skills and abilities to the leadership table. In this section we'll look at some of these differences, and some of the challenges women face that are unique to them in leadership roles.
