Rick Goodfriend teaches a group of people about the principles of Nonviolent Communication, a prescriptive approach to better communication created by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. The video itself is about 10 minutes, and while consisting primarily of Rick speaking, it's got some fun examples.

Nonviolent Communication is a good complement to Bacal's Cooperative Communication.
