Last part of the Paula Gloria classic, about how we can even talk to scary corporations using Marshall Rosenberg's careful study of the Nazi's holocast survivors and the communication skills they used to do so. This last section starts with Paula explainng the work of Byron Katie and whether there is a similarity to NVC. In 1961, Dr. Rosenberg received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in 1966 was awarded Diplomate status in clinical psychology from the American Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology.Also mentioned is Dr. Victor E.
